As the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have an increased impact on our communities, we feel it is important to connect directly with our schools to share more about the steps we are taking with our photographers to ensure we help your staff and students stay safe and healthy during picture day.
Our hearts go our to those who have been effected. The health and safety of our customers and employees has always been our TOP priority. We will continue to monitor this rapidly evolving situation. The equipment our photographers carry is cleaned and sanitized daily by the photographers as part of our normal course of business. Over the last few weeks, we have increased the frequency and the extent of those cleanings, in addition to adding hand sanitizer and wipes throughout picture day for our photographers to use. We are also ensuring our employees have the information they need to stay healthy or stay home if they are not feeling well. All of these practices and our business decisions come from the guidance of the CDC and WHO, along with information gathered from local, state, and federal health agencies.
Based on the guidance we have received from various health agency websites, our own preparedness, and the current state of our operations, we are confident our photographers and our offices will continue to meet all proper safety requirements.
