A: New for 2021, Classic Photo - PhotoPass. Once you have placed your pre-order on our website please print the PhotoPass at the end of your order and have your child take this to school with them on picture day.

If you are unable to print the PhotoPass please remind your child to let his/ her teacher know that they are to have their picture taken on the photo day at your school.

If you are Pre-Ordering the morning of / or are in the car and are not able to print the PhotoPass, again please be sure to remind your child that they need to go down when the students are called for pictures.  They should also remind their teacher that day too.

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Personal Checks, Money Orders and Cash.
A: We do not accept orders over the phone however you can mail in your order form or take advantage of our convenient online order system.
A: If your package is wrong or incomplete, we will gladly correct it. Simply contact our customer service office by submitting a Help Desk ticket within 30 days of receiving your order.
A: Yes, you can Pre Order your child’s school pictures online by following the instructions under the “ Before Picture Day” button on our website. Please use the access code for your school that is provided on the Picture Day order envelope.
A: Your child’s Access Code to Pre Order will be located on the Picture Day envelope that is brought home from school prior to picture day
A: Please submit a help desk ticket and one of our representatives will assist you.
A: Yes, once you have received your child’s original pictures you can use the “After Picture Day” Button on our website to order additional items. Please use the access code provided with your photo order to view your child’s images on line. SPORTS REORDERS: If your child ordered photos on the original photo day you will have the opportunity to order additional prints/items on our website by using the access code provided with your child’s picture order.
A: Orders that are turned in after picture day, if not included with the original shipment, are considered late and will be processed and either returned to the school or mailed to your home address as soon as possible after the first set of orders are complete.
A: We do not currently offer any discounts.
A:Please submit a Help Desk Ticket and our Customer Service Representatives can assist you with the change. There are a few factors that go into determining if your order can be modified or not, and a representative will be able to look it up for you.

A: Our images are copyrighted, the only way to obtain ownership of the digital image and copyright would be to purchase a digital download of the image.
A: We are sorry you are not happy with your portraits. Please submit a help desk ticket and our customer service department can go over options with you.
